How to Stop Snacking Habits

Snacking is a hobby that can not be separated from bored. Where do we begin to feel bored, so that's when we will feel hungry and want to eat something. But in the case of snacking, hunger we feel is not hunger that makes us take rice or other heavy food. We should take snacks like chips, jelly candy or other snacks that contain sugar.

Snacking is a habit that is very difficult to stop. for snacking can be done while doing other activities, eg while doing work on the laptop accompanied by a large bag of potato chips, or chocolate beans were tasty. Snacking also will not be there to eat and so when the snacks that one out, we will look for other snacks.
